Critical Care Education Lead

The successful applicant will lead education and development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Clinical Nurse Educators play a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, encouraging curiosity and promoting reflective practice among nursing staff.
This is a temporary full-time role based at an Emergency Department, where you will collaborate to enhance patient outcomes while shaping the educator role to reflect your strengths, creativity, and professional interests.
Key Responsibilities- Lead education and development initiatives.
- Design and deliver engaging education programs.
- Collaborate and innovate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Recent advanced-level experience in cardiology and/or critical care nursing.
- Proven experience in delivering education.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
