Lead Development Project

This is an autonomous role with support from industry leaders. As a Development Manager, you will work on projects surrounding Melbourne's growth corridor.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Development Manager. This business has experienced extensive growth in the past 24 months, with 5+ years in the pipeline.

The Opportunity:

You will lead multiple house and land as well as townhouse projects throughout different key growth corridors, reporting to the Development Director and Senior Development Manager.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in delivering masterplanned communities/townhomes
  • Bachelor level qualification in property and real-estate or other related discipline
  • Experience in Engineering or Town Planning (not essential)
  • A proven track record working projects to budget and timeline
  • Strong understanding of Melbourne's key growth corridors and market demographics
  • Experience from inception to completion (preferable)
  • Ability to function both collaboratively and deliver outcomes autonomously
  • Highly presentable and spoken
