Clinical Nurse – Child and Youth Mental Health Service
Job Summary:
As a Clinical Nurse, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to children and young people experiencing mental health issues.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care for children and young people experiencing mental health issues.
- Work collaboratively with families and carers to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that reflect best practice in child and youth mental health.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance services and improve patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current registration and a valid practicing certificate.
- Postgraduate qualification in mental health or a related field.
- Significant experience working in child and youth mental health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
