**Customer Service Representative Wanted**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our retail team. This is a permanent role with every second weekend off, offering a great work-life balance.

As a customer service representative, you will provide expert support to our customers, promoting and expanding our services and products. You will develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, achieve and exceed personal sales targets, and support other team members to ensure business goals are met.

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a retail environment, excellent communication skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach, and competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office. You will also have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
