Key Advertising Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for booking general display newspaper and digital advertising, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Deliver customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met\
  • Create, book and maintain advertising placements for clients across print and digital platforms\
  • Process advertising bookings and assist in the preparation of advertising proposals\
  • Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape\
  • Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns\
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients\
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and regularly engage with departments to ensure campaign success\
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations and projects\
  • Maintain accurate client and revenue records\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred\
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role\
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail\
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software\
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal\
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and advertising formats\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team\
