About the Role

This position is ideal for individuals eager to advance their engineering careers within the resources sector. You will engage with globally recognized large-scale projects and provide portfolio engineering support for sustaining capital work programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer, managing medium to large-scale projects in the minerals and metals industry, preferably with a focus on complete processing packages.
  • Background in an engineering consultancy, specializing in comprehensive process plant design.
  • Relevant tertiary engineering qualifications from an accredited institution in Process/Mechanical Engineering or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary activities to achieve project goals and timelines while adhering to commercial contractual obligations.
  • A strong commitment to aligning client and project needs in collaboration with Wood's Project Management and company protocols.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, procedures, and work practices, alongside the ability to develop skills in project and technical execution.
  • Capability to lead and mentor both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables in a dynamic and agile environment.
