We are seeking an exceptional Equipment Service Technician to join our team based in the Newcastle region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established business that specialises in the sales & service of coffee equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our extensive customer base, including coffee roasters, hospitality groups, franchises, cafes and domestic customers.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent work ethic
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to quality and safe work practices
  • A current driver's licence
