As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the branch workshop and providing exceptional service to customers through maintenance and repair of small motorized equipment. Your key responsibilities will include performing operational equipment repairs and servicing, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring efficient operation of the branch workshop.
You will also support other branches within the network by providing assistance in the utilization and/or repair of hire equipment between branches as required. This may involve working at other branches on a rotational basis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or field. You must be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions, able to work both independently and as part of a team to complete tasks within required timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record of strong equipment maintenance and servicing
- Proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and work conditions including the ability to both work as part of a team and to work autonomously to complete tasks within required timeframes
- Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and reschedule in accordance with changes in priorities
- A valid Driver's license
