Design Visionary Wanted

We are looking for an innovative and talented individual to spearhead the design of our products, focusing on creating intuitive and user-centric experiences.

This person will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our user interfaces, while also mentoring and guiding a team of designers to achieve success.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to bridge the gap between human creativity and AI-driven technology, ensuring our designs meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with business objectives and prioritizes user experience.
  • People Management & Mentorship: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally and navigate complex projects.
  • Hands-on Design Leadership: Act as a lead designer on high-priority projects, from concept to launch, creating prototypes and designs to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
  • Advocate for the User: Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring that user insights and research are at the core of all design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on or demonstrated interest in AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a management role, with a track record of successfully mentoring and growing design teams.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical considerations of designing for AI, including understanding the opportunities and limitations of large language models and other machine learning technologies.
