Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Engage and supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, promoting a sense of belonging and connection
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Hold an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
  • Be willing to travel between other local services
  • Have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
