About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based at our Cannon Hill store, where you will be responsible for driving incremental sales improvements across all sales channels, including retail, trade, and design. You will provide expert customer service, promote our Trade Loyalty Program, and develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, drive incremental sales improvements, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Trade Loyalty Program: Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program, growing our customer base and increasing sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new releases and trends.
  • Training and Development: Participate in and complete our management development training program, developing your skills and expertise to excel in your role.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your work.
  • A current driver's license.
