This is a full-time, permanent role for a skilled Paint Finishing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing paint jobs in accordance with SMART processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all paint jobs are completed to the highest standard of quality and finish
- Manage and maintain spray booths, equipment, and robots daily to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Be a Trade Qualified or experienced Spray Painter with a strong background in Collision Repairs or similar industry
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Hold valid Australian Working rights and a current driver's license
