Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the transformation of our global supply chain. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a lasting impact and shape the future of supply chain management.

Reporting to the VP, Global Engineering – Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that redefine how we deliver value on a truly global scale. As a critical member of the leadership team, you will establish and embed world-class program management capabilities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive results.

As a leader in this role, you will inspire and motivate a high-performing team of project and program managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will partner with senior executives to shape strategy and ensure alignment across global business units, championing a portfolio mindset that balances speed, risk, and value realization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience leading large-scale, global program portfolios in complex supply chain environments
Deep domain expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, technologies, and transformation levers
Strong strategic acumen with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success in building and scaling world-class PMO organizations and high-performing teams
Expertise in project/program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), portfolio governance, and organizational change
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills—able to simplify complexity and deliver outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic settings
