Our business development specialist will play a key role in driving growth and expansion within our pet professional business. The primary objective of this position is to acquire new customers and foster mutually beneficial relationships with existing ones.

The success of this role will be measured by the achievement of sales targets, prescriptions, education, and brand image. Promoting health through nutrition involves a mix of nutritional and digital service delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing a sales territory
  • Ability to provide engaging training on products and/or services
  • Proficiency in digital platforms
  • Able to develop effective and strategic relationships
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by building and retaining a customer base
  • Develop and maintain an efficient territory plan to engage with customers and support them through our nutritional offer and digital tools
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Brand Ambassadors, State Bodies, and sponsored clubs
  • Represent the company at events to build brand image and reputation, connect with existing customers, and recruit new customers
