About the Role

A dynamic and commercially driven individual is sought to lead our retail property function. The ideal candidate will possess experience in similar roles, with a proven track record of building genuine relationships with landlords and stakeholders.

This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic plans for our expanding portfolio, including properties across ANZ's growing network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and reviewing our property strategy, managing renewals and negotiations, and overseeing office leases and new door openings.

The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build store economics and analyse data to inform business decisions.
