We're looking for team players that:

  • Can provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences.
  • Are results-oriented and love selling.
  • Can work productively, both on their own and as part of a team.
  • Will demonstrate good attention to detail and show an ability to help with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.

What you will be doing:

  • Offering professional and personalised service for our customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their wants and desires.
  • Completing tailored training and eLearning modules to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and a sound understanding of our policies & procedures.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
