**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Tax Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in helping businesses pioneer best practice standards using technology to run tax processes, controls, outputs and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

This position is flexible within Australia, likely Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra or Perth.

**Responsibilities**

  • Team Collaboration - Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver high quality services to clients
  • Tax Document Preparation - Prepare tax returns, forms, and other documents for clients
  • Tax Planning - Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximise savings for clients

**Requirements**

  • Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables
  • Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
  • Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
