Program Transformation Lead


As a seasoned leader in program delivery, you will be responsible for spearheading a multi-year transformation initiative aimed at modernizing core digital tax systems and driving compliance revenue.

About the Role

  • Proven experience running a compliance function in taxation or revenue contexts.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, digital transformation, and business process redesign.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing large teams and delivering measurable benefits.
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and benefits realization.
  • In-depth knowledge of State Taxes.
