Product Manager

Our Ventures division is on the hunt for a Product Manager to lead the charge in delivering an intuitive, trusted virtual GP experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of virtual healthcare in Australia and work with a fast-moving, purpose-driven team combining the spirit of a start-up with the scale of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product lifecycle for key features in our Virtual GP product
  • Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and researchers to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Use data and insights to drive product discovery and prioritisation
  • Champion customer-centric thinking and continuous improvement
What We Look For:
  • 3–5 years' experience in product management (SaaS or software environment preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Tableau
  • A curious, collaborative mindset and a bias for action
