Peak Sales Assistant Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Peak Sales Assistants to join our dynamic team at Bondi Junction store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable interactions with customers.

The Role:

  • Prioritize every customer and deliver standout service, every time
  • Engage with customers through a fun, approachable, and confident sales style
  • Support in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Share your product knowledge to help customers style their look
  • Assist Department Managers and contribute to store-wide success
  • Follow daily operational procedures including store opening and closing
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
  • A passion for fashion, culture, and creating a next-level customer experience
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIs
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a supportive environment
  • Alignment with company values and a strong 'Make It Happen' mentality
