Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a trusted expert, you will deliver enterprise-level programs across multiple software platforms.

This role requires managing the full training lifecycle to ensure clients get maximum value from our solutions.

  • Act as a 'solutions expert' by delivering tailored training sessions to clients across various platforms.
  • Lead structured training across Box and Dice, Vault (Commercial, Projects, FMS), Agora Insights, and Secure Sign.
  • Manage monthly update webinars and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver current and relevant content.
  • Handle all paid training engagements and ensure these are completed to a high standard across supported platforms.
  • Execute and maintain process workflows related to training delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate onboarding and long-term training programs for enterprise clients, supporting their growth and success.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a role involving training or facilitation, ideally in a SaaS and client-facing environment.
  • Be comfortable leading training sessions in front of groups (in-person or online).
  • Have at least 1 year of experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple client concurrent training projects with competing priorities with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  • Be technologically savvy with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
