Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to establish a strong reputation in field service by delivering exceptional results and maintaining safe work practices.

This role requires a high level of technical competence through industry best accredited product training and factory trained technical support. You will provide excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

You will utilize strong diagnostic and repair skills to efficiently resolve issues and complete tasks. Additionally, you will work independently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Requirements
  • A current driver's license and relevant trade qualification (Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, Diesel Mechanic) is essential.
  • Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Supply your own comprehensive personal hand tool kit.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in an associated industry is highly regarded.
  • Willingsness to participate in training programs to increase product knowledge and understanding of procedures, safe work practices, statutory responsibilities, and licensing requirements.
