Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in the Mackay, QLD region. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring their equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and operation of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade qualification in Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Electrician/Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle, Plant, or Diesel Mechanic.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current Driver's license.
