We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to manage our Information Technology systems and teams. The successful candidate will oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and support the development, improvement, and continuous optimization of information systems and quality standards.
  • Maintain network architecture and ensure operability and availability of IT systems and related services.
  • Install, test, maintain, and update computer equipment and software.
  • Perform software upgrades and patches.
  • Troubleshoot various M365 issues.
  • Maximize return of the M365 package.
  • Manage and maintain different software platforms.
  • Maintain communication flow with parent company and ensure coordination of ICT projects.
  • Manage and maintain data center (CPD) of the company.
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor actions to achieve objectives.
  • Develop IT KPIs and implement corporate internal procedures.
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure.
  • Advise and support internal client in IT solution projects.
  • Train and educate end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools.
  • Support internal client in resolution of doubts, incidents, and requests.
