As a Contract Pricing Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the pricing of commercial contracts. This involves ensuring that margins and discounts are applied correctly.

The job requires preparing cost information and proposing price adjustments for internal approval. You will need to communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing-related issues and provide support for customer contracts.

Key responsibilities include developing and updating pricing management procedures as needed to reflect changes in policy, market conditions, or customer needs. You will also manage customer portals and assist with the onboarding of customers onto the online ordering portal.

In addition, you will raise and process credit returns in the system and notify the sales department of the adjustment. You will also assist the Finance team with various tasks as needed and update pricing data to ensure pricing integrity.

Contract Management: Update and maintain contract details in Smartsheet to ensure all relevant stakeholders have access to the latest information.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a previous business administration, customer service or sales order processing role within a manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Intermediate-advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experience using an ERP system
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify margin and pricing issues
  • Task-orientated with the ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
