
Commercial Pricing Leader

As a leader in our National Buying department, this is an exciting opportunity to drive pricing strategy and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
This full-time role based in Sydney will see you leading the execution of our overall pricing strategy by developing advanced pricing capabilities and influencing the business.
Pricing Strategy Role:
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks and processes to optimise commercial outcomes.
- Analyse market trends and internal data to inform pricing decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development for the team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Support the integration of pricing technology and analytics tools to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing or commercial operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A proactive seeker of feedback who fosters personal and team growth through reflection and continuous improvement.
