Position Overview
A Culinary Service Specialist plays a vital role in shaping every Guest's experience within Event Operations. Our commitment is to provide an experience that surpasses our Guests' expectations in food, beverage, and culinary services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Culinary Service Specialist, you will uphold the highest standards of quality in food and beverage services across our restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, in-hotel cafes, and room service. Your collaboration with Team Members will ensure a superior service experience through the following tasks:
- Accurately take orders and serve customer requests promptly, including roles such as barista or bartender when necessary.
- Stay informed about menu items, changes, and promotional events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared service area.
- Efficiently handle the settlement of all customer accounts.
- Respond to Guest inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.

- Capable of commuting to and from the hotel at various times.
