The Role:

  • We seek an experienced Fashion Sales Associate to join our Bathurst store, where you will be part of a great team who pride themselves on providing a unique shopping experience for our customers.
  • Your primary responsibilities include creating genuine in-store experiences, styling customers to ensure they look and feel great, participating in store events, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks.
  • You will also contribute to a well-organized stockroom and use ladders to retrieve stock from a height.

What You Bring

  • A passion for providing style advice and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales and retail roles in a team environment.
  • Ability to commit to a shift pattern and some flexibility to assist during peak trade periods.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Point of Sale systems, and EFTPOS facilities.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, approximately 38 hours per week, with ongoing opportunities for professional growth and development.
