Job Title

Empower Aboriginal youth through healing, cultural connection and early intervention in a supportive care team.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering assessment, counselling and case coordination in partnership with another clinician.
  • Providing cultural advice to ensure our service embeds Aboriginal ways of working and cultural safety.
  • Engaging with Aboriginal communities and services to support culturally appropriate care.
  • Contributing to initiatives that improve cultural responsiveness.

We are a small team based in Tamworth and Newcastle. Our work is grounded in collective practice - we review cases together and provide mutual support.
