About You

As a caring individual with strong leadership skills, you will have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience working in an Aged Care setting is essential. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and analytical skills, be computer savvy, and work effectively when part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care to Residents
  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Maintaining compliance with Aged Care Accreditation Standards

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of individualised care provision and care planning processes
  • Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and experience in managing compliance
  • Demonstrated provision of clinical leadership
  • Collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and/or their families/representatives, and staff
  • Ability to work well within a team and to liaise closely on key decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence people
  • Excellent computer skills
