Position Summary
As a Hospitality Services Representative, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors at the hotel. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs
- Addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Collaborating with various departments to fulfill all guest requests and requirements
- Proactively resolving guest concerns and challenges
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts as necessary.
You will be expected to maintain a polished appearance, exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, and possess a genuine enthusiasm for hotel operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a comparable position, along with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Effective interpersonal skills, enabling communication with all levels of team members
- Capability to deliver prompt and efficient service, with upselling skills being advantageous
- An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by drive, ambition, and high energy
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- C Class Driver's License
