Job Opportunity:
Motor Claims Handler Position Available
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise your expertise in claims handling to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls with ease.
- Providing timely and professional customer service to our clients.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers.
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
About You:
- A high level of customer service experience is essential, ideally within a claims environment.
- Insurance knowledge or background would be highly desirable.
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
