Gaming & TAB Attendant Role

We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

A high level of energy and enthusiasm is required to engage customers with excellent customer service, execute promotions, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for patrons.
  • Be energetic, upbeat, driven, and passionate about creating exceptional gaming experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing laws, and cash handling procedures.

About You:

  • Hold a valid Victorian Gaming Licence (we can assist with this once you start).
  • Have a can-do attitude and previous experience in Gaming, TAB, and Customer Service (not essential).
  • Be flexible and available to work over a 7-day rotating roster including graveyard shifts.
