As our AI Architect, you'll define the blueprint for how advanced AI integrates into data infrastructure, business systems, and human workflows. You won't just advise from the sidelines — you'll build proof-of-concepts, validate designs, and set the standards our engineering teams rally behind.

What You'll Own

  • Architect for Impact – Design scalable, secure, and modular AI systems for production-grade client delivery
  • LLM + RAG + Agents – Lead solution design for large language model apps, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and autonomous agent workflows
  • Prove It Works – Build automations and prototype tools to validate your designs in the wild
  • Integration Mastery – Define patterns for connecting AI components with enterprise data stacks and business systems
  • Governance & Scale – Embed best practices in security, compliance, and deployment so solutions scale without breaking
  • Guiding Hand – Provide architectural oversight and mentor teams to uphold internal AI delivery standards

The Toolkit You'll Play With

  • Cloud – AWS, Azure, GCP
  • LLMs – OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, open-source models like Mistral & LLaMA
  • Frameworks – LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI
  • Data Layer – Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis
  • Ops & Infra – Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
  • Automation – Zapier, Make, Python scripting

What Makes You Right for This

  • 5+ years in software/data/cloud architecture, with at least 2–3 years designing AI/ML solutions
  • Proven track record building GenAI systems (RAG, agents, LLM integration)
  • Strong data architecture, security, and scalability skills
  • Hands-on experience prototyping AI tools or automating workflows
  • Confident collaborating across engineering, strategy, and delivery teams
  • Skilled at communicating complex systems in clear, practical language

Salary

  • $180k-$190k base + Super + Bonus
