About Clarity Therapy

Clarity Therapy is a mental health private practice that prioritizes the therapeutic relationship and offers a supportive environment for clinicians to grow and develop their skills. Our practice is led by a mental health social worker and draws on the expertise of psychology, counselling, social work, and psychotherapy.

Our Approach

We focus on making therapy engaging and effective for clients, using a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques. Our clinicians work with clients to address a range of issues, including stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We also offer group programs and outdoor therapy sessions.

We are seeking private practitioners to join our team on a full or part-time basis. As a clinician with Clarity Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Social Worker)
  • Current membership with a professional governing body (AASW or APS)
  • Registration with AHPRA for Psychologists and accreditation as a Mental Health Social Worker for social workers
  • Current Medicare Australia provider status
  • Based in Sydney and able to provide face-to-face sessions
  • Ability to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapy
  • Commitment to excellence in clinical practice and ongoing professional development
Desirable Qualities
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Experience with couples and family counselling
  • Experience with group facilitation
  • Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or Saturdays
