Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our team as a private practice therapist. As a therapist at Clarity Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those with stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and adjustment challenges. You will also have the opportunity to facilitate groups and participate in community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Facilitate groups and participate in community engagement activities
  • Work collaboratively with other clinicians to provide comprehensive care to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in psychology, clinical psychology, or mental health social work
  • Be registered with AHPRA and have current membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) or the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Have current Medicare Australia provider status
  • Be based in Sydney and able to provide face-to-face sessions
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
