We seek a Strategic Innovator to spearhead the development of forward-thinking plans and drive innovation within our organization.
Responsibilities- Create, advocate and implement strategic plans and benchmarking initiatives.
- Analyze data from across divisions to provide business intelligence insights.
- Offer strategic advice on resource application and scientific developments to meet Defence requirements.
- Identify and resolve IS&T capability issues to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare briefs and correspondence on capacity and capability to deliver scientific advice and innovative technology solutions.
- A critical thinker able to convey complex ideas succinctly.
- Strong communication skills to articulate recommendations and advice to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to foster productive relationships with stakeholders across Government, academia, and industry.
- Experience in business intelligence analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent written abilities and experience in briefing senior leaders.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
