Southern Solutions Training offers training and assessment services in Early Childhood Education and Care.

We are seeking experienced trainers/assessors to deliver exceptional training and assessment for Certificate III and Diploma courses.

Our training approach is blended, with a mix of online and face-to-face delivery. Trainers will visit the workplace to observe students, discuss their progress, and ensure compliance with VET Quality Framework requirements.

This role involves:

  • Providing a positive learning environment
  • Assisting students with learning and assessment material
  • Conducting observations and discussing student progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and assessments

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable with online delivery and assessment methods
  • Diploma or higher qualification in ECEC
  • At least two years of industry experience
  • Currency in Childhood Education and Care sector
