Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You will play a vital role in helping builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work as part of a team.

You will be responsible for providing customer service and information about products, undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.

Additionally, you will help keep the branch tidy and safe, making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

About You
