Lead F&B Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Leader to oversee the management of our diverse F&B establishments in Western Africa.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, innovative promotions, and effective cost control.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and execute dynamic menus and beverage offerings that cater to diverse tastes and preferences.
  • Leverage strong business acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and forecast future trends.
  • Mentor and motivate a talented team of F&B professionals to achieve excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in F&B management within branded hotel environments, preferably with experience at esteemed chains.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing larger F&B operations, with a clear focus on quality control and coordination across multiple outlets.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and motivating teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
