We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Smokemart and GiftBox during the holiday season. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales across our extensive network of stores.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and adaptable individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a keen eye for detail. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are eager to develop your skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. A valid Police Check Report is also mandatory for this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to drive sales
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with queries and purchases
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to enhance the shopping experience
