Chef de Partie Position

We are seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Our venues include Palm Cove, Trinity Beach, and Barron River, offering a unique style and atmosphere.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will take responsibility for their section, delivering consistent high-quality dishes while supporting a collaborative kitchen team.
  • You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain standards, execute menus, and ensure smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
  2. Take ownership of your section and ensure consistency.
  3. Support the brigade and collaborate on service delivery.
  4. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  5. Assist in training junior chefs when required.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused, adaptable, and positive under pressure.
