Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Terminal Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our road terminal. The successful candidate will manage terminal activities, ensuring smooth road transport operations, while also maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily terminal operations and oversee staff scheduling.
- Ensure seamless coordination of rail and road transport systems.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent output by providing necessary coverage and support.
- Provide training and mentorship to terminal staff on company procedures and industry best practices.
- Partner with other departments to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through direct interaction and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in terminal or logistics management.
