Perinatal Mental Health Professional

We are looking for highly skilled professionals to work with us in delivering face-to-face psychological support to expectant and new parents.
Our clinicians provide individual, couple, and parent-infant therapies for women and their partners, addressing issues like perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to specialise in perinatal mental health and early intervention.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face psychological support to expectant and new parents at Gidget House.
- Provide individual, couple, and parent-infant therapies.
- Address issues like perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy for perinatal mental health issues.
- AHPRA registration with endorsements in psychology or accreditation as a mental health social worker.
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience, particularly with perinatal clients.
- Free supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Access to free seminars and costs covered for the GFA PMH Conference.
- Full-time or part-time contractor positions.
