Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves assessing various engineering matters submitted to the city by developers, including traffic management plans, traffic impact statements, civil subdivision drawings, and stormwater management plans.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Traffic engineering with ability to be accepted to the Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Experience in preparing/reviewing engineering matters, including transport impact assessments, transport impact statements, traffic management plans, and parking studies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent liaison and negotiation skills preferably demonstrated with government agencies and consultants
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary package of $116,995-$123,944 per annum (plus super), depending on relevant qualifications and experience, as well as access to a range of employee benefits and perks.
