Mental health clinicians play a vital role in making a difference through evidence-based practices. As a Behavior Specialist, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients and their families to develop personalized intervention plans.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored intervention plans with clients and their families.
  • Provide individual counseling/therapy sessions and build strong, meaningful client connections.
  • Advocate for clients and coordinate with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance overall well-being.
  • Monitor and manage clients' mental health in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess current AHPRA registration (psychologists) or AASW registration with mental health accreditation (social workers). You will also require demonstrated experience in mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.

About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration (psychologists) or AASW registration with mental health accreditation (social workers).
  • Demonstrated experience in mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Proven experience providing individual counseling/therapy (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
