Role Overview

This position involves supporting individuals with disabilities in building skills and independence through engaging activities and in-home care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building.
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and priorities under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, accommodating changing needs and circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Outlook, enhancing administrative efficiency and productivity.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Able to pass a National Criminal History Check, upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Experience supporting high-needs disability clients, bringing valuable expertise and insight.
