About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the provision of community-based mental health assessment and treatment services. You will work closely with individuals and their support networks to provide advice and support.

Job Responsibilities- To provide routine discipline-specific therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive services to people experiencing mental illness/substance misuse issues.
- To work closely with individuals and their support networks to provide advice and support.
- To participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- To maintain accurate records and documentation.
- A relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licence. Please refer to Role Description for further information regarding the qualifications, registration, and membership.
- C Class Motor Vehicle Licence.
- Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
- This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Tuberculosis.
- A period of probation may apply.
- We offer eligible health practitioners additional professional development leave per annum, resulting in a total of six days professional development leave per annum.
- Eligible health practitioners working in designated remote areas will be entitled to a professional development allowance of $3512.00 per annum.
- Rural and Remote incentive: Category D allowance of $431.22 per fortnight.
- Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.
