- Patient Care: Conduct thorough medical examinations, diagnose and treat patients, and develop and implement effective care plans.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to provide high-quality patient care.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and developments, and participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas for quality improvement and implement changes to ensure that patient care is of the highest standard.

Requirements
