About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our dynamic business in Adelaide.

Job Summary:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts and generating financial reports to aid our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations across all entities;
  2. Process intercompany transactions and manage Accounts Payable matters such as supplier payments, statement reconciliations and employee reimbursements;
  3. Manage Accounts Receivable matters including invoicing customers, debt collection and Trade Debtor reconciliations;
  4. Fortnightly payroll administration including employee onboarding;
  5. Ensure all required transactions are coded via the Job Cost function in Xero;
  6. Expense management of recoupable artist and creator costs;
  7. Banking (local and international);
  8. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a similar financial role;
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts and practices;
  • Proficient in software including Excel, Xero and CRM systems;
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail.
